NEW YORK, United States -  And it’s back again! Fashion Month kicks off in a few days starting in New York. Prepare for immediate visual fascination and delayed commercial gratification with Spring / Summer 2020 collections from the very best diaspora creatives during New York Fashion Week.

THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 5

9:30am Essence Fashion House Since launching at Essence Festival in New Orleans, Essence Fashion House heads to New York with a day-long program dedicated to celebrating creative genius and impact of global black talent.

6:00pm  Tongoro  On the back of major visibility in Beyoncé’s latest music video Spirit, Tongoro will host a two-day pop-up shop running until September 6.

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 6

6:00pm  Telfar  2017 Winner of the CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Award, New York brand Telfar will show a film in his typical non-traditional fashion.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 7
