Get Familiar with Karidja Touré, Style Star in the Making

PARIS, France - If you're not already game on Karidja Touré, it's time to get familiar with the 22-year old Paris native taking her stylish turn during Haute Couture courtesy of Chanel. Born of Ivorian parents, Touré got her start as lead in the 2014 film Girlhood and has since landed roles in Skokan and La Colle due out this year. A woman after our own heart, she was recently seen holding a movie ticket for Moonlight, using all the Snapchat filters on her Instagram and taking the customary bathroom selfie.

With a red carpet appearance in a multi-color dress for the H&M X Kenzo launch to a street style shoot in robin's egg blue velvet trousers by Barbara Bui, her style oscillates between polished separates and ultra-glam evening wear with ease. Just a few months ago, she fronted an editorial spread for collaborative capsule Lacoste x Lesage and regularly rocks French (Paule Ka, Mugler) and African (Tongoro) designer pieces. With new projects on the horizon, Touré surely has a bright fashion future ahead of her.
